C2G Partners is actively looking for a Marketing Program Manager Consultant to support one of our financial services clients. This role's primary focus is to develop and assist in the development of acquisition card marketing programs within the partner channels. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategy and marketing campaigns for a credit card offer including testing, creative, digital placement, pricing and incentive and developing credit card marketing programs to market. This new candidate will partner with the marketing teams’ Sr. Marketing Managers, and external partners to ensure all programs and deliverables including internal approvals, and validation checklists are documented for future reviews.
In addition to campaign development role, they will be responsible for monitoring program results, MIS and coordinate monthly forecasting and funding requests for managing the annual marketing plan.
The candidate will build and maintain relationships with key internal partners in product, partner, compliance, risk & decision management, fulfillment and delivery, etc. to ensure full alignment of business goals and leveraging standards and practices, where applicable.
§ A minimum of 7 years, working within a process oriented role in marketing, including project management skills required to implement multiple marketing campaigns
§ Highly organized and meticulous with a focus on attention to detail and flawless execution
§ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication is required. Ability to maintain an extreme focus on detail while managing multiple work streams simultaneously
§ Ability to step in to role and pick up programs and projects mid-stream and manage them to completion
§ The ability to adapt to changes as well as thrive in a dynamic and continually evolving environment. The ability to rapidly assimilate and report on complex information is necessary
§ Problem solver and analytical. Demonstrate ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
§ Proficient with data entry, data tracking & reporting, and quality assurance
§ Experience using web based software applications
§ Collaborative and works well in team environment
§ Experience in financial services is a plus
§ Bachelor’s degree required
