Senior Program Manager –

The Senior Program Manager –will join the New Products and Innovation team to lead the PMO for a large strategic initiative across the consumer business. This vital role will lead strategic program governance, day-to-day program management, cross-functional workstream coordination, reporting, communications and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead overall PMO for the initiative, coordinating across workstreams
  • Build and leverage relationships with stakeholders in multiple US locations, across business, technology and agency teams
  • Creation and management of program tools, templates and reports
  • Manage program risks and issues, and identify dependencies across workstreams
  • Communication planning, including regular executive status reporting
  • Coordination of monthly senior leadership steering committee meetings
  • Ongoing program status reporting
  • Scorecard creation and ad-hoc metric reporting
  • Change control management


  • 10+ years relevant experience, preferably directly in the retail bank / Credit Cards space
  • Demonstrated success in driving large, innovative programs  
  • Strategic program management experience, preferably in new product development
  • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to drive results cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies, decision makers and stakeholders
  • Ability to structure and break down complex problems to drive to results
  • Bachelor’s degree required
