The ideal API Operational Support candidate will troubleshoot and perform break/fix by providing skilled technical consulting and leadership in complex environments. As an API troubleshooter, you will have project experience with software development and troubleshooting in Enterprise environments. As a team member, you will work directly with interconnected-ecosystem stakeholders to identify and resolve API issues.
- 1-2 years of experience providing tech support to end customers
- 1-2 RECENT experience working with APIs or basic RESTful/SOAP experience
- 1-2 RECENT years of experience on network connectivity (specifically SSL)
- Tools experience:
- SOAP UI
